We are here to serve you, the customer, as best as we possibly can. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase contact us and we will either exchage your purchase or offer you a refund upon receipt of said goods. If you accidently order a product that you did not wish to purchase we will refund in full as long as we haven't already shipped your item. Our boxes are shipped at the end of the month. We try to ensure that you have your box before a renewal of your subscription but please understand that sometimes shipping is slow which is out of our hands.
